TRX

TRX is a form of suspension training that leverages gravity and an individual's bodyweight to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability simultaneously. Join us for 45 minutes of a full body workout incorporating TRX, kettlebell, battle ropes, and slam balls. This class will get you sweating while increasing your strength and mobility. Classes for all levels. Class capacity is 10 people.

Pilates classes utilize apparatus equipment called reformers designed by Joseph Pilates to provide a unique workout that increases strength and flexibility levels, improves posture and balance, while providing support for proper body alignment.  An adjustable spring-loaded cable and pulley system is used to determine the level of challenge (or assistance you may need) for each exercise. Target the deeper muscle groups without adding stress to your joints. Each class also focuses on lengthening your spine while strengthening the muscles around it, to help you support a more elongated frame made up of longer and leaner muscle. Class capacity is 7 people.

Strengthen, balance, and stretch your body and mind in this all-levels yoga class. Traditional yoga poses strung together with strengthening movements and mindful breathing to increase your balance, stretch your muscles, and relax your mind. Class capacity is 9 people.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow

A 45 minute intense interval-based workout! Get the most out of your workout with this full body exercise session. This class focuses on core, squats, deadlifts, rows, and press. Strengthen your body, increase your energy, and burn calories! Get fit and toned! Class capacity is 10 people.

Bootcamp

Sculpt your body, strengthen your core and SWEAT! This class focuses on toning and full body conditioning. A 45 minutes total body blast, using super sets and interval training feel the “pump” in your muscles as they tone up and strengthen. Class capacity is 10 people.
